Refund policy

Sweet Leaf Nursery sends the highest quality plants available and carefully packages them to ensure a safe delivery. We take every precaution to ensure that your order will arrive safely, but we have no control over what happens once it leaves our care. We cannot accept responsibility for the effects of extreme weather, neglect, unforeseeable acts of nature, or not following our care guide instructions. Please check your weather before ordering plants. Heat packs should be purchased if you are shipping to a cold environment. If you are experiencing extreme heat, please wait to place the order or contact us to hold the order until it is safe.

All plant sales are final and there is no guarantee, but we do offer Route Package Protection (details below). Each living plant is unique and may vary in size, color, or shape depending on the season. After receiving your order, contact the seller immediately if you're not happy with your recent purchase. Please provide a photo so that we can assess the problem. Send a photo of the plant to: sweetleafhelp@gmail.com. Be sure to include the order number, your name and address. We will do our best to address your concerns.

We strongly suggest that you opt-in to include shipping insurance for your order. The shipping insurance is through Route Package Protection and will allow you to have your order refunded or replaced at no cost if it is lost, stolen, or damaged. This insurance is optional, but it is already pre-selected for you at checkout and you need take no further action if you wish to have your package insured. If you have opted-in for the shipping insurance and would like to file a claim, please visit https://claims.route.com. To be considered for a refund or replacement item, the Route Package Protection policy requires any issues to be reported within 15 days of the delivery date, as stated by your order's tracking information.
